Frequently asked questions
$10 Trial Classes: We offer a $10 Trial Class in our gymnastics, tumbling, and ninja classes so your child can find the best fit for them.
How long am I enrolled? Your enrollment is ongoing. We require a 30 day Team and 15 day Recreational written/email notice prior to a new billing period (1st of the month) to avoid being charged for another month of tuition. We can not credit/refund for any unused classes. You will still be responsible for classes your child is enrolled in for the full 30 to 15 day requirement deadline/notice.
What happens if my child misses a class? You will have 2 weeks from the date your child misses their class to schedule a make up. No make up classes are offered for missed classes that fall on the 5th week of the month.
Tuition is due: on the 1st of every month.
Auto Pay is a requirement: Auto payment is taken out on the 1st of every month. For those whom have not yet set up an Auto pay we ask that you do so promptly.
Late fees: A $15.00 late fee is applied on the 5th of every month.
-if the tuition has not been paid
-if there is a card issue/ declined/ Insufficient funds, etc. and it does not get resolved by the 5th.
What if I start in the middle of the month? You can sign up at any time. Your tuition will be pro-rated for the month you are starting. We ask that you pay for your prorated month and Registration Fee at the time of sign up and set up auto pay.
What should my child bring and wear to class? Most girls prefer to wear a leotard; midriff must be covered. Boys should wear a t-shirt and gym shorts and bare feet. Ninja uniforms are required for all Ninja Zone participants. These can be purchased through our website. Long hair should be tied back and no jewelry please. Also, children are encouraged to bring their own personal water bottle.
How/when does my child move up? Children move up at an individual pace. Our instructors do quarterly (every 3 months) Progress Reports for each child. They are highly qualified and are always monitoring your child's progress. Our priority is your child's safety, enjoyment, and success!
What if my information changes? When any of your contact or billing information changes (address, phone number, emergency contact, email address, credit card information, etc.), please update your account through the parent portal.
How clean is your facility? Cleanliness and safety is our top priority. We encourage all our guests to clean and sanitize hands upon arrival at our sanitation station. Our lobby is cleaned daily and after each class that enters and exits. Out in the gym we also have extra cleaning measures being taken to ensure the safety of all our athletes.
General Information: Children should be dropped off no more than 5 minutes before their class starts and should be picked up promptly from class. If your child is under 6 years of age and requires assistance to use the bathroom, you are required to remain in the building during their class time
