Recreational make-up classes: All make-up classes must be scheduled though the office. Make-up classes will be held on every last Saturday of the month. Your child will not be able to attend; if not scheduled through the office ahead of time. Any student more than 10 min late will have to schedule for a make-up class.
There are NO makeup classes for PreTeam (Level 3, Hot Shots or Boys Team) or Competition (Level 4 and up) level classes.

Competitive gymnastics levels 4-10.
For any missed days/classes; there are no make-up classes and no reimbursement or deferrals.
Parents must call / contact the gym if the gymnast will be unable to attend a class.
During meet season; if the gymnast/your child has missed a day of practice the week of a meet and not scheduling a private or one on one; then she will not be able to compete that weekend at the meet. Please talk to your coach personally if issues arise, there are few exceptions to these rules.
